Beautiful place

We were four friends on a trip to Umbria. We had a lovely stay. Valentina was very pleasant and always ready to help. The house was well equipped and the garden a real treasure. We can only give our warmest recommendation.

Posto meraviglioso e proprietari, che abitano nella bellissima villa dove si trova la camera, veramente disponibili, gentili e premurosi. Spazio all'aperto (giardino e piscina) davvero favoloso. Una esperienza da consigliare.

Buongiorno, Quando ho deciso di prenotare è perché si parlava di appartamenti(Le Balze appartamenti) al nostro arrivo invece abbiamo trovato una stanza(pulita) all'interno di un'abitazione privata. Personale cortese ma non è quello che viene pubblicizzato sul sito.Sono stanze e non Appartementi.Se lo avessi saputo non avrei prenotato

Wonderful stay - we didn’t want to leave!

Loved our stay here! Cosy apartment with a beautiful outdoor area. It was so relaxing - we didn’t want to leave. Valentina is a sensational host and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We stayed here without a car and getting around by bus was easy. We also had our 1 year old daughter with us and it was a great place to stay with a baby. The property is very close to the heart of Perugia. Valentina is very knowledgable and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants as well as telling us about the local history. Highly recommend. We would absolutely stay here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4, la camera era piccola, tuttavia una soluzione piacevole per trascorrere qualche giorno vicino a Perugia. La piscina e il giardino sono eccezionali, così come i proprietari. Ci ripromettiamo di tornare, magari affittando una soluzione più comoda per quattro, come i bellissimi appartamenti indipendenti presenti alle Balze. Grazie!

Immerso nel verde, molto accogliente con un enorme giardino (con piscina) e una bellissima vista sulla campagna umbra. A pochi minuti dal centro, ottima posizione. Camere ampie e molto comode, bagno in comune sempre pulito e ordinato. La proprietaria molto gentile e premurosa, valore aggiunto del B&B...al termine del soggiorno ci ha anche regalato un ottima marmellata fatta in casa!
