A lovely stay in a nice and friendly hotel

Everything was excellent especially the reception staff you were friendly, professional and helpful. My only gripe would be the cheap quality toilet tissue

Bel établissement, bons repas, mais intérieur à remettre au goût du jour. Moquettes couloirs tachées, fuites dans les salles de mains voir même robinetterie HS. Nous avions une chambre exposée au bruit d’une ventilation extérieure donc vraiment pas au calme. Regret pour ce standing aussi est qu’il n’y ai aucun « plateau d’accueil » (thé, café ou eau). Et quand on fait part de ces désagréments, ça n’affecte pas le personnel. Dommage ça ne colle pas à la première impression d’arrivée.

Pas un vrai 4 étoiles, service à revoir

Tout aurait pour être parfait si : - Il y avait un vrai service au petit déjeuner, les serveurs s’empressent de débarrasser au lieu de recharger le buffet. Mais bonne nouvelle le buffet est bon est copieux à part les jus chimiques qui ont tous le même goût ! croissants très bons. - lors du check out la personne a l’accueil nous refacture le séjour déjà payé (attention a bien checker votre resa) - dîner à 32€ à fuir, c’est à la limite de l’arnaque car c’est un buffet !!! sans originalité, sans saveur et sans service. Manger en terrasse dans un joli cadre ne justifie pas un tel prix alors que nous avons diné à l’extérieur pour 25€ (Anti pasti, primi, secundi et dessert avec possecco et digestif). - chambre correcte mais pas extraordinaire pour un 4 étoiles. - si vous cherchez un hôtel calme ce n’est pas non plus le bon plan car c’est très familial avec beaucoup d’enfants …. Points positifs : - piscine - superbe parc - beau bâtiment

The hotel itself is nice. Location is spot on: close to all of the nice Umbrian towns and cities. However, the hotel is quite outdated. Old bathrooms, old mattresses, and all the walls need some paint. The breakfast is good, and has plenty of choice. The dinner, on the other hand, is quite expensive for the quality of the food.
