We went in May so the hotel wasn’t too busy but even when it started to get busy, staff were still very attentive to every detail, especially when it came to breakfast! "

"when i arrived it was quite late which i made them aware of in the early part of the day. There was a lady in the office that was very unhelpful. In going up to my room i opened the door to a hot box- windows and doors shut and no air conditioner on- they knew i would be arriving. I spent the whole night trying to sleep in heat- it was awful. I had no one to show me how the air conditioner works either. i left after one night could not stay "
