"I came here for a special occasion and everything lived up to expectation. The property is amazing. The staff is so so friendly, like incredibly friendly and they treat you like you would not belong anywhere else. The beach is so beautiful and maintained. Crystal clear water. The food is very good and the chef accommodated us with specific requests. We got a plunge pool and you can step off your private area right onto the beach and take a nice beach walk at night. It’s really secluded, calm and peaceful. You can rent a golf cart for $200 a day and go to the free amenity waterpark called the watermelon which has a lazy river pool that wraps around it’s entirety. It’s quite expensive, but if you’re looking for something truly special and amazing then this is the place to go to. Thank you so much to the staff. 🙏🙏🙏"

"What a hidden gem! We loved our stay here. The entire property was clean and well maintained with some lovely historical features (like the tiles!). The small courtyard and pool were refreshing after a day out and there are lots of birds and lizards around too! We saw (and heard) many parakeets while in the courtyard. Staff were very kind and helpful. There is a good grocery down the street (Puebla) with anything you could need. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again! I should note that the beds are VERY soft and may not be comfortable for those who prefer a firm mattress."

They made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable."

"Clean room. Great location if you are visiting the San Cristobal Canyon. No staff on property, lobby closed the majority of the time, staff was available over the phone. Restaurant closed the majority of the time we were there despite being advertised as open on google. To be fair their facebook page has the correct operating hours (Thursday- Sunday). "
