"We had a fabulous stay here. Rooms are lovely, and the bar and restaurant area are excellent. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Bordeaux, or there is a tram stop right outside which came in very handy in the 40°C heat! The aircon in the building was welcomed at the end of a long day of sightseeing!"

"Spacious, clean room with good air conditioning during heat wave. If arriving from railway station use Hall C (Belcier) exit for shorter, easier access to hotel. Hotel restaurant menu limited but food was good."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very welcoming and the concierge went out his way to book a fabulous wine tasting tour in Margaux. At the bar, Lilly was a spectacular. Lilly was an excellent mixologist! Every drink she made was delicious, and you can tell she really knows her craft. She was friendly, welcoming, and made our experience even more enjoyable. If you’re there, definitely ask Lilly to make your drink!"

"Good hotel near the old centre though tucked behind a very ugly couple of 60s buildings. 12 minute walk to the cathedral. Breakfast was good, though the room it is served in lacked natural light or character. Fitness centre was too small to use, but Basic Fit 6 mins away offers a day pass for €11.99 and is very well equipped. Room very nice and staff lovely. Decent hotel bar too."

"Les chambres étaient propres et le lits très confortable et l’air climatisé fonctionne très bien. Les déjeuner sont excellents et le personnel gentil . La piscine était très agréable mais il serait mieux si on pouvait avoir accès à des serviette de piscine et qu’elle soit ouverte jusqu’à 21-22h"
Nemea Appart Hotel Bordeaux Pessac

"The Nemea is next to the main Uni-Bordeaux campus should you have any business there. While right next to a hospital, it was very quiet (no sirens). Modern hotel, spacious rooms, motorized metal blackout blinds, kitchenette with small fridge and microwave, A/C that WORKED great during the past week when it was 99-104 F/38-40 C in the Bordeaux area. That said, there is not a lot of things nearby if you want food, other than a small bakery and a Krousty chain restaurant (stir-fried rice was rather good = 2 meals for 10 Euros) some 8-10 min away. Fortunately, the B-line tram stop is less than a 10-minute walk and that can get you into Bordeaux proper (20-30 minutes) or Pessac Centre (10 minutes) where there are many more food choices. Since the conference my students and I attended was only a 6-7 minute walk from the hotel, the Nemea was a good spot to stay, and good value too. Because we reserved 3 rooms, I got upgraded too – NICE! Merci!"
