"I booked a garden room which I thought should look over the garden but it didn’t it look over a wall one way and a back yard the other right next to the laundry room all you could hear was the washing machines and dryer. It was a same was a garden room at all. The pool was very cold."

Even with 16 of us we never felt on top of one another. Views were immense and location meant easy walking access to sea front, and into sheringham. Would thoroughly recommend and consider coming back if had a large party need again. Communication with host was brilliant! Thanks for helping us create memories"

"We unfortunately only had a few nights stay. First time to Sheringham. Would definitely stay again. The view was stunning. Would love to stay longer and explore this part of Norfolk more. Easy access to house, clear instructions. Few things slightly tired and could do with replacing. But great place to stay. "
