Any rules that are breached will lead to immediate eviction with deposit being charged.

♔ A fully refundable security deposit of £150 may be required prior to check-in, this is to cover us for any damage done to the property.
♔ In addition to this, a noise monitor, which only detects the noise levels in the property, is present to prevent parties.
♔ Terms and conditions must be signed before we provide check-in details alongside ID is required to be uploaded.
♔ If a late check-out is needed feel free to drop us a message and this will be arranged for you with a small charge.
