"This property is situated right on the lake with gorgeous restful views of the lake. The pool was a must for us & we loved the outdoor pool with views of the lake. The morning breakfast buffet was fantastic with beautifully layed out daily choices. The staff are professional & aim to please. The lobby and rooms have a beautiful tasteful up to date decor. A lot of pride is taken at this hotel."

"I assume that this place operates in a different way in Winter and Summer because the restaurant and reception were closed during our stay and it was very unclear whether they were operating a breakfast service or not. I did not realise when I booked that the reception is (apparently) only staffed until 6pm. I emailed the hotel to say we would be later than that, but received no reply. "Staff quickly solved the problem with the soap dispenser. No matter how hard we pressed no soap came out. This was because a hidden lid had not been taken off. Another small matter was that the coffee capsule didn't fit the coffee machine. Also addressed by the staff although we had be without our first coffee after waking up."
