"Wonderful stay at Hotel L’Arboisie! Staff were very friendly and courteous. The services were excellent including the shuttle services that takes you to Megeve town and to the slopes. We had a room with a balcony and the views were spectacular. They also had a complimentary afternoon tea and cakes which was great. The hotel looks and feels luxurious and had amazing amenities. Would greatly recommend! "

"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. "Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu! "Great place to spend a night,we had a room that had a view of Mont Blanc.Staff were exceptionally friendly and I felt they were genuine and they were pleased that we had booked their hotel,was very impressed with the lady that greeted us on arrival and she showed us our room,she made us feel very welcomed and made us feel that we were very important.
