"Really wonderful hotel, three nights here provided an amazing opportunity to relax. Wonderful area by the pool and fantastic seaview restaurant. Very welcoming staff and lovely clean rooms. Short walk to a small town with great restaurants, although you're well provided for at the hotel. Nearby is the iberostar where we also considered staying, which has a great rooftop bar worth visiting, but overall very glad that we stayed at the Grand Leon because the overall atmosphere and space to unwind...

The hotel is located in a middle of countryside and well positioned to visit several places, but you will need a car for travel. The amenities are well kept and the staff were amazing, friendly and courteous. "Very friendly staff. We stayed all inclusive and the food was great. Rooms basic but we didn’t expect luxury. The rooms are clean and comfortable which is what mattered. Beautiful surroundings right next to the beach. Only criticism is the lift. It’s tiny. Only fits two people and only one of them however even that didn’t spoil our lovely holiday.
