"Everything was going well until I cracked the window for fresh air since the heater was too hot and won’t cool when I try to use the thermostat and all the noise from the street was unbearable. Doesn’t take away the comfort in the room and the great food at the restaurant. "

"We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie.
