This place is nice and located outside town in a quiet rural area. The room is sizeable and the bed very comfortable. It is good value for the price though the room was not cleaned every day.
Note: the description says the rooms are 0.6km from the city centre but that is not correct; it is more like 5km (as I was coming by train, this was not ideal, but if you are in a car it's not problem).
We stayed at Pimchanok resort during the long weekend in August 2019, the pictured of the resort and the room was same as shown in the pictures on the website. The resort is surrounded by farms and there is greenery everywhere in the morning we woke up by the beautiful sounds of birds chirping which was soothing to the ears. Our room had individual car parking and the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owners of the hotel were warm, friendly and recommended us good places to eat as well as for sight seeing. The main sight seeing points are around 10 to 20 mins drive from the resort. The resort was is perfect place to stay if you are looking to have quite peaceful holiday away from the noisy city life.
A surprisingly comfortable stay in Phetchaburi! The whole place feels and looks very new, and the room itself is very comfortable. The bed might be the softest bed in Asia (outside of a 5-star luxury hotel), very fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure in the shower, and overall very clean. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff (maybe the owner) even did a breakfast run for us the morning we were leaving so we didn't have to go out. A+
[I give stars based on my expectations of a place. I am happy to give a 5-star review to a small hotel in a small town if it exceeds my expectations. I will also give a 3-star review to a $400/night hotel if it does not match my expectations. This hotel is affordable, comfortable, and great service. Recommended!]
