Beautiful and spacious home with in-law suite to help your group spread out and unwind! With the total of 6 Bedroom and 6 Full bathrooms, roof Deck + back patio, there is plenty of room for you and your group to enjoy the city of brotherly love.Unmetered street parking in most locations. Safe neighborhood in an amazingly central location a short walk or ride to all attractions Philly has to offer. It's a wonderful property for traveling business partners, family getaways and friends traveling.

THE SPACE:
This spacious property is perfectly designed with every comfort for your enjoyment and tranquility. Equipped with a full kitchen, living room and dining space, Huge Roof Deck plus a back patio to help relax and unwind. The property is comprised of 6 bedrooms (10 beds) and 6 full bathrooms with free street parking around most of the property.

Detailed layout and bed sizes as follows:

- Basement: Bedroom #2 (queen + 2 single bed via trundle bed) +Bathroom #2; Bedroom #3(Queen + single sleeper sofa) +Bathroom#3; W/D.
- 1st floor: Kitchen, Living room, Dining space, Patio, Bedroom #1 (queen) and Bathroom #1.
- 2nd floor: *Unit begins on 2nd floor* Kitchen; living room; dining room; Bedroom #1 (queen + full ) + Bathroom #1.
- 3rd floor: Bedroom #2 (queen) + Bathroom #2; Bedroom #3 (queen + full + single sleeper sofa) + Bathroom #3 ; 2x Juliet balconies ; W/D.

Located in downtown Philadelphia (South Philadelphia/Dickinson Narrows). A short ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. This neighborhood offers close proximity to Passyunk Square with all the great restaurants and bars in that section. There is free parking directly out the front door. This place is a real gem!

- ~8 blocks to Passyunk Square (voted top 10 foodie st in America)
- ~12 blocks from the Italian Market! Famous Pats and Genos Cheesesteaks!
- ~20 blocks to Independence Hall / Liberty bell / Historic district
- ~15 minute Uber to Center City District and City Hall

- ~6 blocks from Route 95 highway for easy access!

For your convenience we provide all towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner and soap to make your stay as enjoyable and easy as possible.

*** Roofdeck: We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 9pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund.

If you, your group, or reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancelation. You can do so by clicking ‘contact host’ under the listing property description and should include more about yourself and your group, age range of the group, and the total number of guests which will be at the property (whether spending the night or not):

*Local guests to the area or suburbs (within 45 minute drive) of the rental property
*University or High School students
*Reservation check-in falling within 10 days of booking
If you do not send us an inquiry prior to booking as described above, we have the right to request cancellation due to us being uncomfortable with the reservation under VRBO’s Instant Book Policy

1) No guests are permitted at the property without prior notice and approval; if guests are allowed, they are only permitted between the hours of 8am and 12am.
2) Excessive noise is prohibited and violators are subject to fines and penalties.

عناصر نالت الإعجاب: النظافة

Great Property!

Our group of 12 all stayed comfortably. Everyone loved the pproperty. Nothing was missing. Location was great, close to lots of great restaurants. Parking is a nightmare but that’s city life and nothing to do with the property itself. That being said, the neighbors were friendly with one even helping us find a parking spot right nearby. The owners also recommended a parking lot about a mile away. Communication was great, and we had no issues whatsoever. This will be the first place we look up when we come back to Philly!
