"We stayed at Cambria for a weekend trip to Philly and it was pretty decent. That weekend was very busy due to the NHL playoffs, plus all of the other events going on. With that in mind, there was only one working elevator for hotel guests even though there are 3 elevators total. One elevator is specifically for the restaurant while it’s open and hotel guests cannot use it. Check in was fast and the staff were very friendly. The room was fine although our bedsheets were not the cleanest upon arrival and we had to seek out the women who were cleaning the rooms and ask them to turn our rooms over every day. The beds were not the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, but definitely not the worst. The water pressure in the shower was so weak, taking much longer than normal for a “quick” rinse. Overall, our experience was just fine. Nothing more, nothing less. "

"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I am not sure if you have to request housekeeping to clean your room but they never cleaned my room. I stayed from Friday to Monday morning. There was also a shortage of towels and wash clothes. Housekeeping staff was extremely overwhelmed and frustrated with management. Many were overheard complaining as I walked down the hall while they were cleaning rooms for more guests. The location was super convenient for Penn Relay events. I would stay here again, but request that my room be refreshed daily."

"Great hotel in the Philadelphia area, rooms were great, spacious, clean and so comfy. The staff was always willing to help and all so kind. parking was so easy we parked in the adjacent lot right next to the hotel, easy in and out. I highly recommend this historic beautiful hotel."
