"The AC did not work. The property manager came out and tried to fix the issue and the AC only worked for 10 min after the “repair”. It was very hot and stuff especially in the upstairs bedrooms. Location was fine and listing was otherwise accurate, but way over priced for the unit. Would not stay here again. "

"The Empire Beach House has been a favorite spot of ours for several years. The home has recently been beautifully updated throughout making it modern yet still cozy. It is organized and has everything you need for your beach getaway. The deck and views are amazing. We had an excellent experience with the co-hosts who connected with us in advance and throughout the stay. Great electronic guide to the property and surrounding area was also provided."

"It was close to the Empire beach and Sleeping Bear sites. The home was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The weather was cool so we enjoyed the fireplace. Very family friendly. Check in and out was great. Empire is a nice town. We would definitely come back to this location. One minor thing that could be improved — towels. Kitchen could use more and bath towels are getting worn. "
