"Since my husband had surgery at Townsen Memorial, we couldn’t have picked a better location. It was the perfect location because it is just across the street from the hospital. I loved the room. It was a big room & very clean. My only complaint is that something was wrong with the water pressure. When taking a shower, I lost water pressure & then when it gained back the water pressure, the water would be scalding hot. The free breakfast was delicious. Overall, I would stay there again!"

"It was too cold to use the pool, but I did use the gym: some of the equipment was not fully working; however, I managed to work up a sweat."

"Hotel is older and breakfast is very basic. However, Staff is beyond wonderful. The gym is also very good for a hotel. Back to the staff, they were super helpful, polite, gracious, and went out of their way for guests. We will be back. "

"The hotel was fully booked and not near enough parking. I was disappointed in the breakfast. It was small and not much of a selection and it closed by 9am so we missed it one morning. The neighborhood was not the best and at night there were homeless people walking around near. I had my teen daughter with me as well. The price for 2 nights was very reasonable and the staff was pleasant. "

"First day a cockroach charged at me wings out and everything. 5 minutes later we found an already dead cockroach. The next night we’re in bed falling asleep and a cockroach crawls on my boyfriend’s face, he kills this one too. We pack our stuff immediately and while we’re leaving we see a fourth cockroach running from the kitchen to under the couch. Plus two giant spiders in the corners of the room. Now I have a lump on my back that looks like a bite but I’m not sure from what. We left halfway through our stay. We were disgusted by this place. The man who checked us in was great, the man I turned my key into couldn’t care less. Never asked why we were leaving just asked for my key and said I could leave. No refund or anything for the missed days."
