"Not a fan. Very low staff. Rooms stunk like sewage, always out of food. No help ever. Check in took 45 mins. Catered to cruise ship passengers more than their own guest. Not worth the price. Only one bar that closed at 10pm "

"It’s a MOTEL not a HOTEL, if you are looking for somewhere to rest and have your baggages secured, this place would be ideal. It’s located directly in the town, within less than 2 minutes to the beach, About 6 minutes from front street, back street, boardwalk and restaurants. There was not safety concerns. The images are very accurate. Our room (kitchenette studio) was clean and the appliances were functional, beware there is no microwave. There was parking and the staff were attentive. "

"What an incredible place! Exceptional communication with Host. Onsite manger that was there to greet us, bring newspaper in the morning and say good bye. He also promptly change propane tank when needed. Host gave us a very thorough handout with information about complex and all the beaches, favorite sights and restaurants. All that were excellent choices. We receded to the packet of info throughout our trip. The place was spotless, we saw no bugs, not one. And very comfortable. Quiet end of the beach in Phillipsburg. Great pool and right on the beach. Friendly people in the complex including year round residents that didn’t mind seeing new faces in their small complex. Check in was great because we were greeted upon arrival and were given helpful instructions for our stay. Truly a glorious week for both couples. "

"This hotel is great for families, it has everything you need. The ocean view is amazing! The kitchen is always a must when i travel with family, we like to cook instead of eating out. The pink pearl restaurant at the building offers variety of food if you don't feel like cooking, you can also wash clothes if needed. The beach and boardwalk is right in front of the hotel, they offer free beach chairs for the guests, they offer stress free parking as well- as it can be very hard to find parking in the area due its busy streets. The cleaning lady was very nice. However bathroom has this constant smell i don't know where its coming from, one of the toilet barely flush as well. Front desk was great but i encounter one front desk lady where i kindly asked a question and she seems like she does not want to be bothered- it was my first time so i always do ask questions- this lady needs to be more friendly with guests. Overall, our stay was great. My family had fun and we will definitely come back again. Thank you."

"Our host, Robin, was fantastic and met us to tour the premises even though flights and arrival were late. The house is spectacularly situated and we had views from every room. Our family group of 12 of all ages had an amazing time and there was space for everyone. It is a challenging drive to get there since roads on St Martin aren’t the best but we got used to it. Beaches abound and we went to a different one just about every day and spent plenty of time in our gorgeous pool. The kitchen is really well equipped and we cooked almost every night. Bathrooms were plentiful, almost one to each bedroom. We thought we were in paradise, the weather perfect each day and it was hard to leave. Thank you for everything! "
