Load and start the dishwasher
Store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
-Do NOT strip beds or make used beds -Put all used towels in showers -Put furniture back where found upon your arrival -All trash should be bagged and put into dumpster by back door /grilling area
Lock front door and veranda door and Leave key on kitchen table
Wipe all surfaces
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival date may be refunded 50% of total booking minus any fees charged by VRBO.
Cancellations less than 90 days before scheduled arrival will receive no refund
