"The room was impeccably clean. Linens were high quality. Shower water pressure was perfect. Breakfast options were great. Business area looked incredible, however, I was on personal travel so I didn't utilize it. "

"Very nice hotel room. Construction going on but didn't bother us at all. Swim pool was clean and the hot tub was working. Continental breakfast was minimal even for continental standards. First key given to us was for an unclean room but staff righted the situation immediately. Overall, we would book again. "

"Everyone was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. I didn’t have a single bad experience during my stay. Even when housekeeping came in to make the bed, none of my personal belongings were touched, which I really appreciated since I’ve had uncomfortable experiences with housekeeping at other places before. The front desk staff were especially kind and helpful. This was my first time checking into a hotel by myself, and they took the time to walk me through the process and make sure I understood everything. At one point I even lost my room key, and the woman at the desk was very friendly and helped me get a replacement quickly without making me feel embarrassed. The room itself was immaculate, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was also amazing and had great options. The pool was a little cold, but since it’s Phoenix we didn’t mind too much. The elevator sounded a little creaky, but it worked perfectly fine. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would definitely come back."

"We have never ever had such a horrible experience like we did at this hotel. There was literally a missing chunk of flooring in the middle of the room, hair all over our sheets, AC broken, the privacy curtain broken. Our bathroom was coated in black grime, finger prints all over the furniture, brown and yellow stains throughout the walls. We booked two nights and asked to be either moved to another room or cancel the next day but the manager was extremely rude and didn’t care at all. We ended up booking another hotel the next day due to the horrible conditions and it’s unfortunate that they couldn’t even offer any accommodation. The photos are deceiving, It was very disappointing! A horrible way to start our short vacation here in phoenix. Long story short- avoid this hotel at all costs! "
