The house is centrally located to conveniently located for multiple hospital access, as well as, Downtown Phoenix and all its activities. Located at the intersection of I-10; I-17; SR 51 and The Loop 202 makes it convenient to visit anywhere in the Valley, including Baseball Spring Training, Cardinals Football and NASCAR. The home is beautiful and the hosts were amazing. My favorite part of the stay was enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the beautifully landscaped patio area.

Terrific property! We always appreciate a well stocked kitchen, with all the tools necessary to make a proper meal (i.e.sharp knives!). Will stay again when we are in town.

Very comfortable, nicely restored bungalow. We enjoyed the backyard firepit on the cool evenings. Would stay again.

We really liked this property. Location is great for us, close to downtown, a wonderfully equipped kitchen, we especially like the patio/shaded private courtyard. Built in gas grill & fire pit are awesome.

One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever been to. Exceptionally clean and well stocked, comfortable, roomy, and homelike. Hosts were great - very helpful and communicative. Centrally located neighborhood with stores nearby. We had a wonderful time and will re-book this sweet rental whenever we’re back in Phoenix.

Spring break baseball

A great house. Very centrally located- and we were able to visit lots of areas of Phoenix with ease. The hosts were super friendly and the property itself was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Cozy stay in Central Phoenix

Clint and family were very hospitable. This rental was one of the cleanest and comfortable that I’ve ever stayed in. Would definitely come back again.

Really enjoyed our time here. Nicely restored bungalow, centrally located in Phoenix used as our home base for venturing out to attend a number of cactus league games at various ballparks and to explore other points of interest in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Great relaxing outdoor space in the back with grill and firepit (the tangelo bush was a nice extra .). The property was exceptionally clean and reflected being cared for. Thanks Clint for the initial greet and time to become acquainted. Certainly would stay again.

Close to Safeway and restaurants. Small house but decorated nicely. Nice sitting area on front porch or in back yard. Host provided us with bouquet of flowers, chocolates, cookies and coffee from Hawaii. Maybe because she knew we were celebrating my daughter’s graduation from GCU nursing program. Either way it was a nice extra touch. Also furnished with clean water dispenser with cold or hot water.

This house is in a very convenient location close to museums, I-10, the airport, a Safeway grocery store, etc. The back patio is lovely and shady; the air conditioning is excellent. It was clean. The light switches are marked- yeah! There's a great parking space. It's not over-decorated- so there was room for the OUR stuff (not the case in some VRBO's). Very comfortable.

Lovely Stay in Midtown

The property is wonderful. It's small, but every detail is well chosen to mitigate that, from an exceptional range to a large shower. Couldnt be better.

Everything about this stay was 5 star. Location, house, hosts were so accommodating. I could be friends for a long time. Hope to go back sometime. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced for this quality.

beautiful, comfy home in a central location

We loved our stay. Our hosts were wonderful and made sure we had everything needed. They went the extra mile and had coffee, oj and cookies for us on our arrival. The house is comfortable and very well maintained. Safeway and a bagel shop are right around the corner and the convention center is a mile away.We will definitely stay here again when next in Phoenix.Thank you!!!

Baseball

What an incredible stay. Gracious and supportive hosts who thought of everything from before arrival to departure. Easy access to everything we desired....baseball. food, entertainment. Privacy beyond belief. This is well above 5 stars!

A cozy, cute place to stay near the downtown

Beautifully renovated little house close to the downtown. Close to shopping and Easy access to the Interstate to get out of town. Clint and Gillian were great hosts. Only drawback to this stay was the traffic noise of being in the city. For a family that lives out in the country, there was always noises, which we are not used to.

We have used VRBO many times and this house is one of our favorites. It was a beautiful 1927 house remodeled to perfection. The host was so easy to work with. In fact our plane arrived at 9:45 AM and they offered to let us to enter the house early. They met us at the house and made us feel welcome. There are several restaurants, museums and highlights to see within a half mile. If you are a baseball fan and wish to catch a game at Chase Field there is a bus stop 1 block away. Just take bus 7 at 7th and McDowell southward and it take you directly to the field. It takes about 18 minutes. You will be happy with the house.

Great little home away from home

We loved our stay on Lynwood Street! The house is small but immaculate, with thoughtful furnishings and a lovely outdoor space. There’s a gourmet kitchen, a laundry room, two bedrooms, and a cozy living room, plus a fire pit and nice grill outside. We were there over Christmas so found stockings hung and eggnog in the fridge for our arrival. Incredibly thoughtful owners who are steps away if any issues arise. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in town!

Lovely home in the heart of Phoenix

We loved staying here! It was very clean and everything we needed was included. The owners provided a lot of information about the surrounding area. There is a Safeway grocery store within walking distance. The park across the street had many unhoused people, so we didn't feel comfortable taking our toddler to the playground. Other than that we would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is very close to excellent restaurants and the Nash Jazz club.
