When you stay in any of PHX Stays properties you'll always be stocked with the luxury basics to help you feel right at home! We provide: High speed Wifi, Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee & tea, toiletries, luggage racks and freshly laundered linens and towels. You'll also find a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent.

THINGS TO NOTE: We do require a Pre-Arrival form and a Rental agreement as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. Please note, all rental agreements and pre-arrival forms must be complete prior to receiving the code.
To maintain our beautiful grounds, please note that we do have weekly pool, spa, and landscaping crew onsite to service our property and equipment. The team will have free access to backyard and front yard of property. Typically the team comes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but this is subject to change without notice.

Exterior cameras are located in the front of the home and back gate for security. There are no interior cameras
HOUSE RULES:
-This is a NON Smoking home.
-No pets without prior approval. We do allow one dog with a $175 non refundable pet fee.
-No cats allowed due to guest allergies.
-Absolutely NO Parties or events
-No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
-Quiet hours are 10 p.m-8 a.m.
-By booking our home you are agreeing to our house rules.
-This home requires a signed pool waiver prior to check in .
-Do not touch pool equipment or remove pool vacuum from pool! Doing so could be highly destructive and expensive
