Excellent hotel for the price I paid! Right next the river, walkable to downtown Tempe, great rooftop pool and pretty decent gym. The room was also good! Clean and the shower was luxurious. Only knock was $20 for a mid breakfast but everything else was fantastic.

Loved everything about this hotel with no complaints! The rooms were amazing and very clean. The staff was so friendly, especially everyone at front desk. The location is also so perfect with so much to do near by. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

I love the location of the hotel and that it was pet friendly! It was very clean and had nicely upgraded showers. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was not great. It had a buffet type style for like $20, but the food was meh. It looked very nice, but it was not great. I'd skip the breakfast unless your starving. The pool is small and does not have a hot tub. The pool area had a nice sitting area with umbrellas and furniture, but the pool is on the 6th floor- that much closer to the sun- its too hot up there to enjoy sitting there. They should've opted for a slightly larger pool and less seating.

Whether you’re spending time in Tempe or want to be close to the freeway to hit other parts of town, this hotel is in an excellent location. It is clean, well decorated, and modern. Nice amenities, comfortable bed and spacious shower. The parking garage is a very short walk and is not free. My room had a bit of a funky odor, but nothing significant. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
