The 2 bedroom 2 baths second-floor condo has been completely renovated with new cabinets/granite, appliances, master on-suite, lighting, and paint. No one lives above. Professionally decorated with modern furniture, linens, and towels. Enjoy your time relaxing on the balcony overlooking the heated pool/hot tub and clubhouse. The kitchen is extensively outfitted to meet all your cooking needs. 55" wall mounted LED smart TV in the living room and a 45" LED Smart TV in the Master bedroom. You may want to head off-site for a day hiking/biking the Camelback/Superstition mountains, or shopping at one of the many open-air malls in the area. Golf courses are abundant and baseball spring training camps are sure to hit a home run with your sports enthusiasts. Fine dining can also be found a short drive away in Scottsdale, plenty of entertainment in Old Scottsdale. Check-in and out anytime of day, around your travel schedule! Cozy and comfortable updated condo

The beds and pillows were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked and appointed. All room sizes were small but homey. Condo is totally updated and everything worked as it should EXCEPT for getting hot water for showers and sinks. Eventually you would get hot water after running water from 10-20 minutes. Owner was very receptive to helping us but out of her control. She was extremely helpful and considerate with good communication to the condo manager to correct problem to the point of replacing boilers to the complex. She even replaced shower heads to get more water pressure and also had a new sectional delivered to us after we were there one week. Old one was fine but soiled and owner was wanting to do that for us. Appreciate Teresa so much as she made our first experience with Vrbo a good one. Thank you!

Ikon Hayfield condo

Very comfortable second floor condo that overlooked the pool. Nicely decorated and every amenity was there for you to use! Easy check in and out, too! The area was great as far as restaurants, shopping, walking, movies, etc. Very quiet--no complaints on this one!!
