Arcadia oasis Heated Pool

  • Located in Phoenix, this brilliant house offers 3 cozy bedrooms, perfect for a group of friends or family. With amenities like a washing machine, hair dryer, heating, and AC, guests can relax and unwind in comfort. The 3 bathrooms ensure everyone has their own space to freshen up. Whether you're exploring the city or simply enjoying a quiet night in, this cool property is the ideal home base for your getaway. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. *As of December 2024, we have installed a pool heater for the winter season! If you would like to enjoy a heated pool during your visit, please make sure to communicate that to us. The pool will be heated for the duration of your stay. Please note that there will be a fee to heat the pool. It is $125 for the first day of initial heat up and $100/day thereafter.
    The invoice will be sent to you after your booking has been confirmed and you have requested the pool to be heated for your stay. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat, so please remember to request a heated pool at the time of booking.

Awesome!

The place was great. Had everything you need. It was clean and close to everything we were there. Spring Training was close to the ballfields. We had a fantastic time and the property is just fantastic.

Updated infrastructure was nice. Location convenient to airport, grocery shopping and a couple bar/restaurants and other northern event areas. Needs a few updates to furniture and towels but generally a good stay. Was not aware that had to pay extra to heat pool (could not find on listing). Would stay here again.

A few comments from stay of 3/12 to 3/26/2025

Property nice. Easy access to amenities. Pool furniture could have been cleaner. Also, could have used several more table settings (plates) in the kitchen. Back bedroom tub drain slow, draino took care of the issue. Would have been nice to use the pool, but too cold and didn’t really want to pay the daily heating charge. Also thr pool water was a little murky. Could have been cleaner. Overall though, a nice stay.
