King mattress and a sleeper sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 3 people.( Maximum 4 people) this unit also comes with a spacious bathroom, washer/dryer, dining area, and a balcony. Guests will also have access to the community facilities including pools, spas, sauna, fitness center, business center, picnic gazebos, BBQ area, and a cozy firepit. This unit’s location is also beautiful and just a walking distance away from a grocery store and a few restaurants. There are other attractions such as West World, TPC Golf Course, and the McDowell Mountains nearby. This is also a great place to stay to check out the Barrett-Jackson Car Show. Nicely appointed one bedroom condo in a great Scottsdale location. Owner was very engaged, and the place had everything we needed. It also has a dedicated parking space near the unit which was nice. Highly recommend this property for those wanting a very clean, comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed it!

The unit was just as described, well stocked with extra pillows, towels, beach towels, laundry supplies, etc. Was mostly quite clean, but some areas could use a deep clean (tops of appliances, baseboards, switches, etc. where the dust bunnies were pretty thick), but the host was very accommodating with check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again if we had the need.
