This is one of the absolute best locations in Scottsdale for family entertainment
Right across the street from Salt River Fields, the Pavilions Shopping Center and a short distance from Talking Stick casino ($6 uber ride). You can walk to the attractions offered at Talking Stick such as Spring Training Home for Diamondback's and Rockies Tiger Woods Popstroke Mimi Golf, Odysea Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland, Kart Racing, indoor sky diving, Medieval Times Jousting, Roadhouse Cinema, Texas Road House, and the many golf courses in the area. Nice fully furnished 3 room suite with a large king bed and 2 full beds in a separate private room. Sleeps 6 when the sofa bed is open. Great for families or two couples vacationing together. The room with two full beds has a privacy door plus its own TV, microwave and refrigerator Kitchen has full size refrigerator, microwave and range, Keurig Coffee maker, plus all the pots, pans, dishes, etc.

Place was spacious and clean with plenty of towels and other necessities. Beds are comfy. The only issue we had is that the hot tub and pool are not usable- they were ice cold and had not been cleaned. We chose this place for the hot tub- that was the one thing my husband really wanted. Also in the bedrooms, the ceiling fans work but there’s no way to use them without the bright light- so you can’t use the fan overnight. Otherwise we enjoyed the place and would stay again if the pool and hot tub are usable.

Everything was very clean and updated. The location was fantastic, but before I even booked, I confirmed that the pool would be open, however, it was not. I reached out to Patrick and he told me he would check with the front desk, but I never heard anything more.

Host was excellent. Good communication and easy access. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Quiet and safe. It was well equipped and had more than most units provide. We would definetly stay there again!

The balcony is the place.

Lots of room for everyone. Balcony was a big hit, we spent most of our time out there, plenty of seats and roomy. Pool area was nice, although the pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance. The management said it would be closed a couple days; it was still closed when we left. (check to see if Maintenace is complete before going if you want to use the pool). Pat (the owner) said he would reimburse us to go across street at Great Wolf Lodge to use their pool, to make up for any inconvenience of pool not being open. The bikes he supplied were great for biking on the trails. I will return to this place again when in Scottsdale. Thank you, Pat

Trip to Scottsdale

Our stay was very comfortable. It was spacious with a nice kitchen and we really enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night. The location of the property was great and the host was accessible and responded quickly to our questions.

Well-furnished, well-equipped, and comfortable condo. Nice private outdoor balcony space with a fire pit. Convenient to Scottsdale Oldtown and other attractions. Host very accessible.

Spring Break Baseball Visit

Perfect size for a family. The location was convenient to all ballparks.Safe and secure with no issues or concerns. Will book again when in the area. Host was quick to respond .questions.

Perfect spot for spring training

We went to 4 spring training ballparks in 3 days, this was a great spot to get to Giants, Dodgers, Red's and A's stadiums & literally across the street from the Diamondbacks spring training facility. The rental was spotless, plenty of room for just three of us. We enjoyed the balcony at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Quiet location, plenty of shopping and eating options nearby.The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, otherwise everything was perfect.

Amazing girls trip for my Mom’s 70th birthday!

Excellent place, would definitely stay here again! Our host was very responsive and the place had pretty much everything we could think of. Bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a VRBO and we all slept great. There was really no street noise and hardly any sound from the neighbors. Very clean and well stocked and the perfect amount of space for our group. The location was EXCELLENT and within walking distance to so many amenities!

Excellent Scottsdale Baseball Getaway

This property was perfect for us, close to all the Baseball Stadiums we were headed to. The price was very good, it came with lots of extras, very clean and well maintained. Our Host was quick to respond by text or email and was very accommodating.. We will use this property again the next time we head to Phoenix.

Fun Stay!

We were here visiting with family and friends and this location was so convenient getting around to Scottsdale and PhoenixWe appreciated the supplies for coffee! Our only regret is that we didn’t get a chance to use the beautiful pool and hot tub!

This property was amazing. The apartment was well stocked full of everything you might need for either a weekend or a longer stay. The beds were very comfortable. The location was very close to an abundance of activities, restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recomment these accomodations.
