I’ve never stayed at a best western that has a wonderful locals cantina attached. Saturday night karaoke was the best! Wonderful bar tender, eclectic crowd and humans having fun. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were not. The showers need to be renovated. I did enjoy how the bedroom windows opened for fresh air.

We ended up in accessible room, not our choice, but it was fine other than the water that rolled out of the shower onto the bathroom floor even when the shower head was pointed to the wall. Need a way to catch water.

The place was clean but a couple of issues with them. We needed the lotion in the room to be refilled as they are an eco friendly resort after asking multiple times I just went and bought some. Not a big deal, however when they provide as part of your stay would be nice to have it. Also upon checking out I asked for a copy of my receipt and they would not supply one they said the 3rd party would email. I have never had this happen before since they took a card for incidentals I said I wanted to see if any charges were on my folio and they still refused. Very odd again I have never had a hotel refuse to provide a copy.

We did not partake in breakfast. There is a restaraunt onsite of which we ate and drank both nights for dinner. Staff was super friendly. We hiked the Flatiron and specifically stayed at this location for reasons of hottub, pool, and food. We were not disappointed!

The lobby and room were okay, but quite dated. The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. I skipped it entirely my second day. I can put up with a lot if there is at least decent coffee. There was not. It was a weird, hard to use dispenser containing Folger's, a very poor brand.
