The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with tree-lined streets and a welcoming, local feel. You’re just minutes from the historic charm of Old Town Scottsdale—home to renowned restaurants, art galleries, boutique shops, and vibrant nightlife—as well as the cultural and entertainment scene of Tempe and ASU. Outdoor lovers will appreciate easy access to nearby parks, greenbelts, and scenic trails, while golfers will find several top-rated courses within a short drive.

Getting Around:
With major roads like Scottsdale Road, McDowell Road, and the Loop 101 close by, getting around the Valley is simple and efficient. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. Requests and payment must be made at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is warm and ready at check-in.

All guests must sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale strictly enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or removal of this property from hosting platforms.

For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry to verify occupancy and for emergencies only. No other cameras or recording devices are on the property.

A Minut noise monitoring system is installed to help maintain respectful neighborhood noise levels. The device measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.

Pets are not typically allowed. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without prior authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.

Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping team. Please coordinate with us in advance if you need extra time.
