Room was good just one of the staff lady was rude to me and my family her name was jennifer she was at night shift she didint even tell me the floor my room was at and she was very rude to a guy that was first there than me too if this hotel didint have that kind of people working there it would ive been a good stay.

The cookies weren’t even good! Never have stayed at an embassy suites that you had to walk outside to get to the elevator then walk outside again to get to your room from the elevator! Felt slightly unsafe…

The bathroom tub was severely clogged, making showers difficult, and the elevator was broken, which made accessing our third-floor room at the far end of the building an exhausting process."

As soon as you walk in the smell is amazing! The staff great you. It’s beautiful interior. Going to your room the outdoor area is gorgeous. The room was nice. We loved having a living area separate from the bedroom. Bed was comfortable. The transportation was great! We had two different drivers for each ride to and from airport and both were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again and again!
