Elegant Private Home at The Boulders with Serene Backyard and Pool/Spa!

Serenity awaits you at this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom private home in the legendary Boulders Resort, Golf & Spa community (please read note below regarding access to the Boulders Resort amenities). Enjoy quiet and beautifully landscaped surroundings on a spacious cul-de-sac lot. Three private bedrooms (King, King, Queen) each have their own en-suite bathrooms filled with spa-like amenities. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, all luxurious linens are provided and a Sonos system with speakers throughout allows you listen to your favorite music in any room. Expanded satellite options on every HDTV in the home and WiFi throughout will keep you connected and allow you to stream content of your choosing.

The outdoor living spaces include a picturesque front courtyard patio, at the heart of which sits a Spanish fountain and an expansive back patio with pool and spa with waterfalls. In the mornings enjoy breakfast on the patio while gazing at the mountains and in the evening watch the backyard light up with professional landscape lighting in all the right places.

This home is only minutes from world-class golf courses, lively restaurants, quirky bars and shopping of all kinds. In the immediate area there is horseback riding, hot air ballooning, desert jeep tours, mountain biking, hiking trails, 5-star spas, boating at several lakes, rafting the Salt River, and much more.

PLEASE READ REGARDING BOULDERS RESORT ACCESS: The home is a private residence. The rental of this property (or any other private residence in The Boulders community) does not include access to the hotel pool, hotel tennis courts nor hotel guest activities. However, the Boulders spa, restaurants and golf course are open to the public.

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Very Comfortable

The house has over the top decor which we did not like, but in spite of that, it was very comfortable and well equipped. It worked very well for us. We had another couple with us for 4 days, and it was great for the 8 of us. We did think for a property of that price, the owner should have a gardener. The outdoor pots were not planted, and the grounds need a clean up. The only negative is that there is not a sharp knife in the house which otherwise had everything we needed.

Breathtaking Property

This particular home was absolutely exquisite. Beautifully decorated and stunning back yard. Jasmine bushes at each doorway to the pool is Heavenly. At the end of the cul-de-sac and an extra long driveway, we felt very secluded. We will most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful oasis and safe neighborhood

Hosts were accommodating and made check in simple. Responsive and made the welcome warming when mentioning great golf courses to try! Would book again. Grateful for all the communication and beautiful backyard and pool. What nice spot these owners have shared.

We love this home. It is decorated and set up like my own home. The backyard pool area is private and the neighborhood is super quiet. This is our second time at this house and we’ll definitely be back.

Family gathering

This house was fabulous! We enjoyed the kitchen and the outdoor space. It was beautiful, comfortable and cozy. It worked well for our adult family. My only complaint was they should edit the decor and remove some dried flower arrangements and pillows. The 3rd bed is so high, they need step stools to get in and out of it. I would recommend this house. We enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous Fall Getaway

Three days was too short! Wish we had more time to enjoy this fabulous home. Great location. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful landscaping. Kids enjoyed the pool. Fabulous decor and luxurious linens. We can’t wait to come back.

Great for a short getaway with friends

Three couples stayed at the property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Golf was close for the guys and the Boulders Spa was right around the corner for the ladies. Perfect spot and we had a wonderful time

A most magical honeymoon

From beginning to end, staying at this beautiful property inside the Boulders golf course community was absolutely perfect. We chose this location for our private wedding and it was perfect from start to finish. A relaxing week of ultimate privacy. The pool and spa were so relaxing and we made use of the private backyard every day. Can’t rave enough about the Property Management. CJ was only a phone call away to answer any questions we had, such as how to operate the tv system. (We are technically challenged-LOL) If I could give this home a 10-star rating, I would. Don’t hesitate to book this as it’s almost the same price as staying at The Boulders Resort, yet you get so much more for your money!!!

A great getaway

This is a beautiful house and backyard. We especially appreciated that the neighborhood is quiet and the backyard/pool area is completely private. We didn’t cook dinners in because there are many great local restaurants, however the kitchen is equipped for anything you want to prepare. We would definitely stay at this property again

Epic sanctuary

The landscaping at this house really sets the ambiance. The front with the fountain, the back with the pool & hot tub. It was just me, one adult, road weary from an east to west coast drive, who needed a quiet place to recharge, but also a little luxury. I wanted to be able to swim at any time of day or evening, and use the hot tub as well. An electronic device controls all aspects of the pool, hot tub, fountain and lights. It's not hard to figure out but there is an emphasis on shutting things off when not in use, including automatic shut offs after a certain time which I was mindful of given the cost but also a little annoyed--I would have preferred to keep the lights on and water running ( or jets) 24 hrs, as this really gives the house a resort feel & also keeps the pigeons at bay who, while cute, use the water features as their own private bird bath when nobody is around. There was a huge owl perched in a mesquite tree right over my head, so there isn't a pigeon problem and I personally loved all the wildlife & plants. I just think for the nightly cost, keeping the jets running in the hot tub shouldn't be an issue. The inside is beautiful and clean, the master bed very comfortable. I loved the high tech microwave & the shower with the bench. The house is inside the Boulders resort so make sure you don't miss the exit gate (there are two gates right next to each other, one for entering, one for exiting). I somehow missed the first gate and when the 2nd gate wouldn't open, drove thru the whole resort to get out. Don't do what I did. As far as silence, it is blissfully quiet most of the time, but there is a resort road right behind the property that in the day has some loud traffic. This wasn't too much of a problem, and you have the resort Clubhouse for breakfast and Fry's for groceries less than ten min away. This was an expensive indulgence that I don't regret but is ideally suited, with its three en suite bedrooms, for a family. I miss the hot tub already.

Beyond expectations

It was a hot week in June so we enjoyed the pool and lovely serene pool area. Late afternoon cocktails in the shaded front courtyard. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and barbecue area. Ours was a reunion and celebration of a loved one. Everyone was comfortable and had what they needed.. More than enough quality linens. Everything was first class. Loved that each bathroom was in suite. The property was immaculate. If I were asked if I would change anything , ii would suggest that there were too many throw pillows and too many artificial table plants We just moved them aside. We would love to stay there again.
