Hotel was conveniently located to the shops at Fountain Hills. Busy street. Room had a slightly musty smell but was clean. Breakfast was offered (coffee, pastries), but was not extensive. Overall, excellent value for the price paid.

The price was excellent for where it was. I have stayed here two different times and will stay again. The staff was very accommodating as well. The rooms are only cleaned during your stay if you request it. You can ask for extra towels as well. This doesn't bother me at all and wasnt a problem.

The property location is beautiful overlooking fountain park. The location was well kept; the pool was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. You do need to be careful in the night we saw a pack of Javalinas, they were around 20. the only thing I have a complaint is the breakfast hours. The breakfast is in a room where they keep lock and the hours are 7am-9am, would of appreciated if they were earlier in morning. Had various appt that made it difficult to partake. And in the rooms, there is coffee but no tea bags.

The hotel is very nice. It is quiet and has a great location across the street from the big fountain. It is close to pretty much everything you'd need. The room is very large and the bathroom is big. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The last bit, is just my own preference... the rainfall shower could use an update, just not enough pressure for me. I know everyone likes their shower a certain way, but some more pressure would have been welcomed. Great hotel all around.
