This updated home was perfect for my family of 7 adults! Great outdoor backyard area and game room, easy access to Old Town, Tempe & Chandler with many great restaurants and activities. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Great Family Get Away

We had an outstanding stay at this home. Very clean and neat and amazingly equipped with absolutely everything you need. The pool and outdoor area were a hit with the kids. Very accomodating home in a good location

The home was clean, well laid-out, and easily accomodated 8 adults. The grill area was very nice. Plenty of seating outside and inside. The game room in the garage was very enjoyable. Thank you to TJ - we would love to return.

Very clean, nicely remodeled home, with heated pool in a convenient location. Beds were very comfortable. Kids loved the garage turned game room. Kitchen very well stocked and the house has a great supply of towels for the pool area and the bathrooms. We’d love to come back and stay here again.

Great Scottsdale Stay

Fwd: We enjoyed the place immensely. Nice walking paths close by, close to old Town. Enjoyed the game room and place was clean and nice bedrooms. Relaxing area to sit by pool. Nicely remodeled luxury bathrooms. The pool, pergola, game room, and kitchen area each had plenty of room for the whole group or individual/couple quiet time. TJ was responsive and friendly. Very nice stay!

Fabulous 10 day getaway

The home has a fantastic floor plan with great privacy. It’s completely remodeled. The bathrooms were fantastic! The location is excellent very close to Old Town, Fashion Square and tons of restaurants. it was a great neighborhood for walking my dog. The backyard was nice with a heated pool and outdoor kitchen It’s a wonderful house for a large group, although there were only three of us staying there, but we could’ve accommodated many more. The game room was fun. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Wonderful place

This place is so accomidating for a family. Every room is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The bonus room has a really nice pool table that we enjoyed. Our main time was spent in the beautiful pool. Lots of smart tv's and updated appliances. Short trip to Downtown and close to grocery stores. Highly recommend. Host is a nice guy too and quick to respond. A+ rating from me and my family. We will be back for sure.

A good place to stay for our Annual Spring Training trip

The location is great and the layout of the living area space is a plus as well. The pool and backyard were very nice as well as the barbeque area. (although it was unseasonally cool and rained a couple of days during our stay).The bedrooms are fine. However, for our one week stay, it would have been nice to have better clothes storage so we wouldn't have to live out of our suitcases. Drawers under the bed were not adequate nor easy to access.We cook a lot on our ST trips so having a kitchen and barbeque are a must. The kitchen was a bit smaller than expected (difficult to have more than one person behind the "island" which was closed off on one end). It would have been nice to have more plates, serving dishes and some placemats but we made it all work! Overall, a decent stay.

We had to book this property at the last minute due to a difficult situation with a different VRBO host. TJ was beyond accommodating, super responsive, and the property is everything that it says it will be! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Very clean and updated inside. Really convenient location with just a short trip to old town Scottsdale. Had a couple of challenges due to a wind storm the day we arrived but the property manager took care of it quickly. Nice pool and seating areas outside. We all enjoyed the stay!

Funtastic property!

We had a blast. The rooms are well proportioned with white walls that made it feel clean and airy. The kitchen is well stocked. Ample linens including pool towels. The outdoor space is really quite perfect - sun and shady areas, ample seating and lounge chairs, covered table for meals and/or games, pool toys, cornhole and a very nice grill. Everyone loved the pool and was able to use it a lot since it was heated. The game room set up in the garage was a bonus. We put the kids to bed and went out to the garage to play games. Last but not least, the property manager was responsive and super friendly. We highly recommend this property.
