This unbeatable vacation rental offers guests a great location just four miles from the heart of downtown Mesa. If you're a sports enthusiast, especially baseball, Mesa comes alive in the spring, when the Chicago Cubs train at Sloan Park, located seven miles west. Mesa is also widely known for its excellent golf courses, including the Alta Mesa Golf Club and the Longbow Golf Club. And though the city is in the middle of the desert, there’s no shortage of water activities including kayaking on the Salt River, or chartering a boat tour on Saguaro Lake, 24 miles northeast.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
