We have ZERO TOLERANCE for any behavior that is disruptive to the neighbors. No parties, events, loud noise, or large groups. This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and anything that disrupts that peace will swiftly be brought to an end and incur additional fees. In addition - all guests will need to respect all HOA covenants such as quiet hours from 10pm-7am, no parking on the street and returning trash bins behind the fence on trash days (Tuesdays).
