This 1916 home is located in the Garfield Historic District—walking distance from light rail, restaurants, ASU Downtown, Convention Center, and nightlife. The neighborhood is quiet, and one of the most quickly gentrifying areas in Phoenix with tons of character; many historic houses are being updated and restored to their original charm.
