Staff was good Breakfast was decent but the dishes and table were covered in dust. Our room had dust, the elevator and walking paths were layered throughout the hotel with dust. The contractor on site failed to sweep or vacuum. I almost feel like it was a violation for the hotel not having the property cleaned up ICRA..... the dust was bad im glad we only stayed one night.

Staff welcoming you to Holiday Inn was excellent.. Catherine was on duty. We had booked for 4 days & feel the room was comfortable. Room staff didn't replace some of the room supplies. When we asked for them they were brought to our room. Appreciate their quick response. Would have liked to have washcloths that weren't so thin. I do recommend Holiday Inn & would stay there in the future when I return to the Chandler area.
