The front desk people and the maintenance people are the nicest people you’ve ill ever meet. I enjoyed my week of peace and quiet in this very safe area. After I complete my work assignment out of town will definitely be back. Great hotel and people.

The lobby is only open until 7 PM, so don't miss that detail. The room has no ice trays, no coffee maker, no silverware, no plates, no pots, and no pans. I was just shocked no coffee maker at a minimum as most hotels have that available in the room. The staff is very nice.

Both of us on walkers. Reservation for 1st flr.when checking in told only had 3rd floor room. Would not refund us so we could go elsewhere. Web site said elevator. There was none. Pull out sleeper sofa had no mattress. Said it was extended stay hotel but NOTHING was provided (pots to cook with, dishes and silverware, not even TOILET PAPER). When I said I would report him for fraud and not being an ADA COMPLIANT FACILITY, he said he could put us in room on second floor. Room was dirty, had someone's used false eyelashes stuck to floor, blood stains on carpeted floor and towels that looked like they had been used and refolded. My son had just gotten out of hospital after major stroke and he needed two weeks to recouperate. If you're looking for an extended stay hotel, this isn't one. People walking around all night, trying doors to get in, noisy, people smoking by doors of rooms even though it was a non-smoking hotel.

Inexpensive.... And it shows.

This is supposed to be a non smoking place. it was so Heavily smoke filled. Our clothes smelled like smoke when I got in my car... People were Smoking weed and drinking alcohol everywhere. Beer bottles in the Stairwell. If you like speed bumps this is the place 4 you.

The room was DIRTY , bed made up but sheets were dirty and there was a roach in it. I SLEPT THE FIRST NIGHT IN MY RENTAL CAR. As a matter of fact there were roaches everywhere, tub, toilet, walls, sink, table, stove, trash cans, floor, there was trash under the bed from whoever stayed there before me, floor was dirty like it hadn't been mopped in God knows when. THE Outside looks great, NO ELEVATOR, I WAS ON THE 3RD FLOOR. SMELL OF MARIJUANA AND CIGARETTES. The GM Alexander told me that was the last room. I told him IT DIDN'T LOOK ANYTHING like the site pics. He said the premiums look like that. WT???? If I can give it a negative -5 ⭐ I would. THIS PLACE IS THE REAL DEFINITION OF ROACH HOTEL... TOOK PICTURES OF THE WHOLE ROOM AND THE ROACHES EVERYWHERE.
