HEATING THE HOT TUB & POOL:
Please inquire if you would like the pool heated. The hot tub & pool will be heated upon request, with a minimum 2 days' notice and with a $125 per day fee. Pool and spa can only be heated separately. Pool/ spa heating must be for entire stay.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed and is located downstairs with direct access to patio, pool and hot tub, separate shower, and garden tub. 3 guestrooms are located upstairs. Two of the guest rooms have king size beds, and one has a queen size bed. All beds are provided with luxury linens and layers to keep you comfortable.

Cameras are around the entire exterior of the home and garage. 2 camera are on the front if the house facing porch and driveway with Ring doorbell. 1 camera facing side looking over pool equipment. 2 cameras in back overlooking patio and pool. 2 cameras in the garage one facing owners cabinets and one facing outward garage door. Cameras are on continuously and do record video and sound. Noise monitors on interior living room and garage only record decibels not actual conversations. These devices are to prevent large unauthorized gatherings and are only reviewed for safety. Ring doorbell and Blink cameras in the front of home door entry and above garage door., Blink camera on RV side by and one by each door on the back patio facing pool and patio areas.
