My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean, warm, and inviting, plus we felt secure with the gate keypad and our own lock & key. Nice area close to lots to do and eat/drink.
This is the cutest little place. Nicely located near lots of restaurants and very spacious. It was extremely quiet. We really enjoyed the outdoor area. It was also a really good place a show at cardinals stadium. It was about 30 minutes but it made it super affordable

We stayed for 10 days at this unit and it was a convenient central location for spring training baseball and access to hiking in the PHX area. The patio is a pleasant place to sit at the end of the day. Off-street covered parking is a plus. Host Will lives next door and provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. We recommend this unit!

The property was clean and quiet. It was a quick drive downtown and there were a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Will’s communication was great and everything in the listing was exactly as explained. Pets are welcome, which is a necessity for me. Parking might be a little tricky if you have a huge SUV, but my Chevy Traverse could easily use the covered spot located behind the property. Overall, a great place to stay and I would stay there again.
This stay was great! The neighborhood is absolutely adorable, clean and quiet. The place had everything we needed (and more)! The courtyard was very welcoming also. Will put a detailed and well organized manual together that covered all the details of the property and surrounding area; it was very helpful. He also took the time to make sure everything was going well during our stay, which I have never experienced with other hosts. We had a great time in this safe, cozy, quiet condo. Definitely worth it and will absolutely book again!

Not to say how clean and comfortable it was. Great for up to 4 people or less. Beds were so comfortable. Can’t say enough. Great communicator.
This is our second time staying with Will. His properties do not disappoint! He communicates all the details to make our stay easy. The unit has all the things you need in the kitchen, bathroom and entertainment. Nice touches like coffee, tea, oil, sugar, etc. The bathroom and bedrooms have nice linens and very comfy beds. We didn’t need them, but there was ironing board, iron and pack in play if you have a little one. My daughter loves the decorating and extra touches. It’s a great get away from the dorm when we visit her at GCU. Lots of restaurants nearby. We plan to stay again soon.

This condo was immaculate. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of closet space and the kitchen is very well equipped. There were even washers and dryers on site. And parking! This is a great place to stay. Highly recommend!
We loved our stay here. Our place was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The air conditioner worked perfectly even though it was 110 degrees outside. We will definitely stay here again while visiting our kids at GCU, which was only 15 minutes away.
