Welcome to G-Town at Ponderosa! Inspired by the love of the desert and modern design, this space is your home away from home!

Just minutes from Agritopia, San Tan Village, Historic Downtown Gilbert and a many local attractions, G-Town at Ponderosa offers a well thought out space with access to a ton of amenities right in Gilbert.

G-Town at Ponderosa is curated with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and worry free. We have loaded this property up with just about every amenity you need to make this feel like home away from home.

Excellent stay.

Excellent stay. Clean, nice neighborhood and quiet. This vrbo is well organized, from the checkin to the checkout. Kitchen is well stocked, and garage parking is very convenient. Internet was blazing fast and the pool was close. Overall a great stay and a great value!

Perfect Spot!

The cleanliness and attention to detail was perfect. Felt like home, which is just what we wanted. Close to shopping and one of the best coffee shops ever! We will definitely stay here again when we visit in a few months.

Cute townhome

This little town home is darling and very clean It has two beds and a futon. It’s decorated so cute and the owner is incredibly accommodating. Super easy check in and out. The pool deck was being re-done so sadly we didn’t get to use it.

10 out of 10!

Amazing experience. We had to leave our state during the wildfires, and our family was quickly able to settle into this home with minimal disruption to the routines of our young kids. It was clean, spacious, high-tech so my husband could easily work, had every amenity we could possibly need, was kid-friendly, and had a washer/dryer and a garage. Being able to come to this comfortable home after a chaotic few days was just what we needed. Brandon is super responsive. We’ve already booked our next stay (hopefully without wildfires at home this time). Thank you, Brandon, for a wonderful place for our family to come experience peace and normalcy during a stressful time.

It was great! Very clean. Had trouble with app to get informationon unit. Would recommend a hard copy back up on some of important info like WiFi passwords, how you want to handle temperature requests and how to use electric kettle. Very responsive, but I am sure it was annoying for the owner.

Quiet Neighborhood

Nice and clean, quiet, easy check in and check out, everything worked and we had no issues. Great location to San Tan shops and getting on the 202. The bedrooms are up stairs and that worked out okay too. It was a nice added touch to have sound machines in the bedrooms. Although, I always bring my own. I would stay here again.

Overall my stay was great. A little concerned when I arrived and there was no running water. Water turned on approx 3 hours after initial contact Great neighborhood but new fiber optics being put in and several times could not exit driveway. No warning about very loud construction One morning could not exit either door due to construction which owner had no control over

Amazing Experience!

This was our second time staying at the wonderful location. We looked at many locations and decided there were none that offered what this one did. Clean, nicely decorated with great amenities and attention to detail. We will be back next year!

Great place to stay

Place was great. Location worked very well for us. Only issue was there was dirty cup and mail left on counter when we arrived. Owner was very receptive to my requests (such as turning down A/C). Will definitely stay there again.
