Beautiful house

We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely house situated in a quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance to St. Joseph Hospital, the Heard Museum and lots of restaurants. The house had everything we needed.

Great place to stay!

We were in town for a couple Braves vs Dbacks games and this house was only a 10 minute drive from the stadium. Loved some of the old features they kept in the house when remodling it. It is a very nice house and clean and we loved using the pool during our stay.

Friends and family vacation

We came as a group of friends for a wedding nearby and this house was perfect. Great space, exactly like in the pictures. Included all the amenities. Didn’t realize we would be paying extra for the heated pool, but it was worth it. Great place to stay with friends or family

Cute and comfortable home

We stayed here while bringing our daughter to GCU. Easy drive to campus. Great neighborhood. The host gave great check-in and check out instructions. House was comfortable with lots of room to spread out. Was stocked with necessities. Will definitely stay here whenever we are in Phoenix.

Perfect house for our family

We came to Arizona for our daughter’s graduation from GCU. Perfect home for a bbq and family board games. Loved the large couches in both living rooms. Perfect for movie nights too!

Exactly as described!

Super cute updated house in a great location. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking in. Plenty of room for 5 of us. You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into this house. We would definitely rent again!

Great relaxing stay

We traveled to Phoenix to spend time with family and see some music. The rental was bright and cheery, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the bed rooms, bathrooms and linens were sparkling clean and very nice. We enjoyed the pool and spending time outside under the covered back patio. There were lovely citrus trees and a wide variety of beautiful birds in the yard. It was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this rental.

Exceeded Expectations

This was a perfect getaway. The house was immaculate and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped, sheets and towels were high end. The pool was a gem - we spent almost all of of free time in the water! And the location is amazing, nice quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and museums. Sean was friendly and helpful as well.

Beautiful and charming home

We were in town to visit our daughter who attends ASU on the downtown Phoenix campus. Home was a convenient location to downtown and other nearby amenities. Backyard is a lovely oasis. Smart devices throughout the home. Well appointed throughout, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home!

Amazing location, beautiful home

I stayed here too attend my doctoral commencement at GCU. The location was ideal and the home is beautiful with a all of the great amenities you need! The home owners are very responsive and helpful! I conveyed some observations about the cleanliness of the bathrooms and they replied right away and noted that the issue would be addressed. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!

Simply lovely property. Stayed four days with four adults. Plenty of room. Very clean, super cute, organized, well stocked supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Great backyard with pool and firepit. House was always cool with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Fast internet. Groceries and restaurants a few blocks away. Sean and Jessica a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend and would stay at this lovely home again.

Perfect Little Historic Home

I came to Phoenix for a conference and needed a place to stay near downtown. This home was a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Convention center, museums, and Chase Field. Check in was so easy, the house was immaculate, and there was even coffee provided. The mattresses are very firm and I was nervous that it would be uncomfortable, but I slept great while I was there. I will definitely stay here again. Cute, quiet, historic neighborhood! The owners were wonderful to work with and I appreciated the communication. Thanks for having me!
