Pool and Jacuzzi + Rock slide + FUN amenities for all!

This home is the epitome of Phoenix living! The great open floor plan, a great backyard space to grill, play on the putting green or basketball court, go down the water slide, swim in the pool (heated option available for an extra fee, $125/night) or relax in our outdoor jacuzzi (heated option available for an extra fee, $65/night), and hangout by the fireplace with family and friends is what makes this place so special. Our Barrel Sauna is a big hit! The entire house is equipped with the essentials for your gathering. We also have gym equipment in our garage for those who want to stay on track during the break!

WATER FILTRATION: Arizona is known for having hard water. To best accommodate our guests this home is equipped with under-the-sink Reverse Osmosis System which you will certainly enjoy!

LAUNDERING: guests have access to laundry detergent to use the washer and dryer machines in the house.

RULES & FAQs...

GUEST COUNT

- If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be canceled with no refund. The number of guests you book for is the amount allowed on the property, no exceptions. Max 8 guests.

POOL HOURS
- 8 AM-10 PM. You can still enjoy the backyard, but be respectful of our neighbors and keep it quiet :)

HEATING TIME

-Pool and jacuzzi should be heated by 8 am or a little later. It all depends how cold it was the previous night. The heater will shut off at 10 PM. We require a minimun of 2-nights-in-a-row for the pool.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS

The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

OUTSIDE VENDORS

- Outside vendors must be approved by hosts to not violate the additional guest's rule. APPROVED Vendors: decorating services, private chefs, yoga instructors and photographers. UNAPPROVED Vendors: DJ’s, Cabana/Pool Boys, strippers and bounce houses.

QUIET HOURS

- Outside quiet hours from 9:00PM - 8AM

EARLY CHECK IN?

- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the time between guests to clean & prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks so it will be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival, and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If your flight arrives very early in the day, please consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

LATE CHECK OUT?

- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, please consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL?

- No, we are unable to offer early luggage drop-off as our cleaning crew needs the time to prepare the home uninterrupted.

IS THE POOL/JACUZZI HEATED?

- YES! It can be heated for an extra fee of $125/night for the pool and $65/night for the jacuzzi, 2 days minimum.

CAN I BOOK FOR 1-2 NIGHTS?

- No. We have a strict 3-night minimum.


CONTENT TRADE?

- No. We do not offer stays in exchange for content creation.

FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTING?
-Both are prohibited

NO CONFETTI or GLITTER!

- No confetti or glitter allowed on the property. No confetti decor, no confetti balloons. For the love of God, please no confetti or glitter of any type. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest and please DO NOT tape any decor to walls with wallpaper on them.
