You will enjoy your privacy. Arroyo Verde is very quiet neighborhood. There is a dining room that will seat 6. There is also breakfast dining off kitchen seats 4. There is a new private gas grill on patio. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace. The laundry room features washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, dresser and smart TV with private bath, with shower-roman tub, double sinks and walk-in closet. It shares patio with living room. The second guest suite has a queen bed and desk. For longer stays, it can be furnished as you like: queen, twin, full, king or office.
