It’s a well located property next to ASU with a lite rail station across the street. Very convenient to Mill Avenue. It is a good choice when visiting the area

Nice hotel

The hotel was great, and the room was huge, but we got a handicap-accessible room. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny bathroom sink for such a big space. The views were amazing; we could see Mill Ave, Phoenix, the bridge, and Tempe Town Lake. From the roof, we could see everything, like the ASU campus and A Mountain. The pool was a bit small, but it was nice, and there's also a nice little gym up there. I didn't hear any noise unless we were outside. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

My family’s stay at Marriott has been nothing short of amazing. Amazing options and the pool is awesome, my kids had plenty of fun we would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel

We like this hotel because of its proximity to ASU as well as the restaurants in Tempe. It is also very convenient to jump on the metro train in order to go to Chase Field.
