Two things are quite impressive: one, staff welcomed us warmly by showing us to our room upon checking in and also made the appropriate room arrangement for us as desired; two, both Christmas Eve and Christmas night dinner table were fully booked but the staff at the restaurant as well as the Bar made it easy for us to order food from the kitchen at the bar and we appreciated it very much.

Kaitlyn gave an AMAZING massage - I fell asleep which I never do and slept so good that night. The bed was a little stiff for my liking, the pool area was great. Felt like the restaurant and rooms/hallways were a little dated, but the property is cool with a Mediterranean vibe. Terrace room was cool as well loved the little patio.

Awesome hotel

This was a nice little weekend retreat. The hotel was beautiful. The bathroom contained Both a shower and bath. The bed was comfortable.

The most amazing hotel resort. It’s historic and absolutely a gorgeous, peaceful place. The beds were so comfortably, it smells like Heaven and it is truly a one of a kind treasure.

Royal Palms exceeded all my expectations! The property was absolutely stunning with incredible gardens even in the winter, the rooms were lovely and clean and the service was flawless. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and views of the Camelback Mountains. Relaxing bar/lounge and good breakfast. Convenient location to town and hiking near by
