Prime location!! This 2bd/2bd GROUND floor condo with a pool view is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The complex backs up to Stone Creek Golf Course with a walking/biking path. Our condo is pet friendly, SMALL pets under 30 pounds only... the condo has a non fence patio, no access to a backyard.

This is a 2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms s are on separate ends of the unit... you don't share a wall with other guests. The condo is in front of the pool.

Living room: The couch is big and super comfortable... this couch converts into a bed for movies (no additional occupancy). The fire place does not produce heat, its for visuals only.

Behind the condo complex, there is a nice walk path along a golf course... people run, walk their pets... love the green space!!

Everything is close by within a 5 minute drive max... restaurants, shopping, groceries.

You get one cover parking, #23. If more cars, park on the visitor parking.

Wonderful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! When I first arrived at the condo, it was rather warm inside. I gave the AC some time and when it didn’t cool down, I contacted Jess via text. She responded immediately, we did some trial and error, and ultimately she ended up coming to the condo and installed a window unit to get us through the night which was perfect! The AC unit was repaired the next day, and we didn’t have any more problems. The condo is in a prime location, near lots of food options and shopping. The area felt safe and secluded. It’s an easy trip to Mayo, which was the purpose of our visit, and the condo was a comfortable place to recover after surgery. The unit was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again! Thanks again, Jess!!

very clean, close to sky harbor & shopping

the condo was excellent... close to restaurants and shop- ing centers . host was phenomenal, can't say enough about how helpful and understanding she was. We enjoyed our stay completely.

Great unit and location.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Comfy beds. Definitely would stay again. Make sure to try Jett pizza right outside of the complex.

Quick trip

Jess was an awesome host. Very easy to communicate with. The condo is clean, great area and spacious. She offers lots of amenities such as coffee, snacks, and toiletries that others don’t. Will definitely stay here next time we come to town if it’s available

Great Location

Property is well maintained. Excellent location with easy access to pretty much everything (Scottsdale shopping, restaurants, etc) Jess and Michael were very responsive and good at communicating with us. Great Stay, thanks for everything!

Revisiting our neighborhood

We moved 3 yrs. ago from this area. It was an easy way to reconnect and enjoy the area we used to walk our dog. Our needs were thought of. Well stocked. Our grandkids loved visiting a heated pool @ hot tub.

Clean and cozy

Great time in Scottsdale and great location. Was able to visit family and enjoy our vacation with my 5 month old. Spacious and big enough for myself and my parents to feel comfortable. Had everything we needed.

Beautiful property and quiet Peaceful location

The condo is beautiful and very well maintained. A lot of amenities provided. Pool and hot tub right outside the back patio which was perfect. We were only ones in the pool/hot tub area most the time. Communication with the owner was great. Had a couple of questions and they were answered immediately.

Best place we've stayed in Paradise Valley

We visit this area several times a year. This rental was without a doubt the nicest one we have stayed in. It was spotless when we arrived. The hosts even had the faux fireplace on to welcome us. Easy walkout ro the pool was a nice benefit. There were many small but very nice touches. Outlets galore! Great lighting in the bathrooms. Soft linens and towels. Fresh Brita water and coffee. Too many more amenities to list. Thanks so much for a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

ARIZONA sports trip

Have stayed at many VRBO's before but have NEVER seen one so welcoming, so organized, so beautiful. This is a 2br condo in a development, but you walk in to an oasis of beauty - a beautiful fireplace, spotlessly clean -- MR looks like a hotel spa. Basic necessities there, salt/sugar, etc and a gift basket for tired travelers. Amazing ambience, awesome hosts - perfect location (close to airport, awesome shopping malls, restaurants). Just incredible. Best experience ever.

You'll love this condo!

We were very pleased with the location, the little extra efforts taken to make us comfortable, and the communication with Jessica was perfect! The pool was wonderful...warm enough to really enjoy and just steps from the door!

Great Condo!

My husband and I loved this condo and everything about it. It was clean, well stocked with towels, toiletries, food staples, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. The location was perfect - far enough from the road to be quiet but extremely close to stores and restaurants. The owner was also very kind and helpful.

Clean, Convenient Accommodations

This condo is close walking distance to groceries and restaurants. We met friendly neighbors on the walking trail out back and saw turtles, heron and ducks in the pond. The pool was right outside the porch door and was a great temperature for swimming and had plenty of chairs for lounging. The interior of the condo was clean and the owner provided everything, and more, for our stay. Snacks, bottled water, plenty of laundry and paper products, spices, clean cozy bedding, pool towels etc. I did reach out a few times and the response time, and how the situation was handled, was terrific. Very satisfied with our stay.
