Upon arrival the electronic code I was given didn't work. I called VRBO and they could not reach the management company and required that I record myself trying to get in. After an hour they finally reached someone and gave me a 2nd code, which didn't work. After even more time on the phone with VRBO, they gave me a number for the management company and that guy tried to walk me through it like I was an idiot. Finally, he determined something was wrong with the box and gave me the fire Marshall code and that worked to get in. By that time, I was so hungry and hot and not happy, but I got in. The place is fine; the balcony is cool to see the city lights. It was fairly clean and the A/C worked really well, which was nice. But there is only one entrance to the building, which is enormous, and although there is a parking garage across the street on the map, you have to go all the way around to the other side to enter and this apt was quite a walk from the elevator so get ready for a lot of walking. Definitely a negative. My brand-new car was also hit in the parking garage. On my last day a fire alarm went off at 6am. And when I returned to the apt there was a notice that if rent wasn't paid, they would start the eviction process. Needless to say, I did not have the best time here and would not recommend.
