Upon check in time, cleaners were still at the house. We had to wait for them to leave.
Thermostat wasn’t working - we had to put batteries in it
There were no lightbulbs in the lamps -we had to find lightbulbs -sent pictures
The lawn and weeds were not maintained. My young son found a rusty razor blade and broken glass in the yard. There was trash in the yard. The ceiling fan and light did not work. We reached out but no one responded. Bathroom showers and shower curtain were dirty, along with dirty fingerprints on walls,mirrors, and doors. Sent pictures. I was told someone would come out to reclean, but no one did. Very loud train noise all day and night.
Pros- This house was close to the people that we were visiting and well stocked.
