Summer Special - August and September 28 nights or more!

Beautiful, newer vacation home in the heart of East Valley. Charming and comfortable in lush Cortina subdivision welcomes visitors. Drive pass the waterfall entry, and through the well manicured green belt. Walk through your private courtyard to the front door. Fully furnished house is located on private corner lot and features 3 bedrooms + Den/Office, 2 bathrooms.. Large open great room has new smart TV in the niche for relaxing evenings. Spacious dine-in kitchen overlooks patio and relaxing backyard where you can enjoy morning coffee or entertain guests. Outside the new barbecue grill is available for sundown fun with family and friends. Private entry from master bedroom to the integrated, extended, covered patio just adds to the luxury. Tasteful southwestern décor is filled with custom touches that make the house relaxing and inviting. Plan day trips to near by Sedona 2 hours and the Grand Canyon 3 ½ HOURS.
We had this home built in 2005-2006 and fully furnished and equipped it for our every need. It's our retirement HOME AWAY FROM HOME. We use it to visit the grand kids without intruding--i.e.: we live in this (our home) not their's. It's amenities are especially suited for and appreciated by seniors like us. Home has a split floor plan for bedroom privacy. In addition Airport shuttle for Sky Harbor and Gateway airports is available to this home. Enterprise car rental is close by.
ADDITIONAL ATTRACTIONS are casinos, several Golf courses, hiking, the new Queen Creek Market Place with theaters and Massage Envy (plus loads of shops, nail spa's and restaurants) Walmart is minutes away. Higley performing arts, Horse Shoe Park and Equestrian Centre, and the 202 fwy are also a few minutes away. LA fitness and baseball spring training are near by as well. Usery Mountain regional park is in the area with 3,648 acre park offering camping, archery and 29 mi of trails with scenic wild caves. San Tan Village with miles of high end shopping and an Apple store, Best Buy, and countless other amenities is also in the area.

My stay at Corina

Great location to all the fun things around Queen Creek. Very quiet neighborhood. Place was as advertised except the yard was not keep up. Would stay there again if still on VRBO

Beautiful Neighborhood!

The property is in a beautiful neighborhood. We played golf for four days and the house was in the middle of all. My only complaint is the pillows really need to be upgraded.

All good except...

Everything was exactly what we expected and the house was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that I had already arrived at the house realizing that the owners never reached out to provide instructions or anything. After 6+ hours of travel it was a little frustrating that we had to wait a couple more hours after the check-in allowed time to get access to the house.

Great stay

I'll start with the PROS: Great location. Plenty of shopping and stuff to do nearby. Plenty of room in the house. Plenty of towels and blankets. Plenty of hot water. Everything that you need is available. The only CONS that I noted were: The TV in the main room is very small. For a room that large they could definitely invest in a larger TV. Also, the coffee maker is very dated. If you are a coffee drinker, the coffee maker just doesn't cut it. There are a lot of coffee shops nearby. I would definitely recommend this house and would definitely stay again.

Great location

The house was a great place to stay. We asked for a water filter for the refrigerator and never got it during the whole month. Our dishwasher never worked all month either. We loved the location of the house.

Awesome Arizona House

This property was perfect for our needs. We had 3 to 4 individuals staying at different times throughout the month and the 3 bedrooms and space worked so nicely for all. There is a small office area and one of our guests needed to do some work while they were visiting. It was such a relief for her to have a desk and work area away from the living and bed rooms. Kitchen had nice amenities and we were able to have plenty of cookware for what we needed. Mozette was attentive to questions and concerns and helped my husband when he accidentally locked himself out of the home. She was very pleasant and she was much appreciated. The neighborhood is very nice and so many restaurants, grocery stores and any other places needed within minutes from your door. If this property is available we would definitely try to have another stay.

Cortina stay!

The property at Cortina was exactly what we needed in AZ. Very comfortable, perfectly designed and beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home with lots of room and privacy. Very responsive owner for all of our questions. Will definitely stay if the opportunity and available arise.

Great home and great host!

Clean, warm and welcoming! Mozette went out of her way to make us feel welcome in her very nice home. We needed to extend our stay and she helped with the process and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Well kept and perfect

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was the perfect size for a family of six. Mozette really was helpful prior to our visit. The only suggestion we had is have more than one key available and maybe look into updating the shower heads, they’re like power washers. Those were minor things in an otherwise beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood!!!

Quiet and Comfortable

The house was quiet and comfortable. The back patio was great for relaxing in the sun or grilling. We did have an issue with TV access but Mozzetta responded to it quickly and handled it promptly. The technician was scheduled and the issue was resolved within a couple of days. That the the only issue we had and we enjoyed our time there.

Nice, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Mozette was very helpful and our stay went smooth. We visit Gilbert a few times a year and we will look for this home's availability first in the future.

Nice house, convenient neighborhood

We rented Mozette's house for 3 months and enjoyed our stay. Queen Creek is a nice, quiet family neighborhood with plenty of kids, schools, and recreation. It is close to the San Tan Mountain Preserve with its hiking and wildlife viewing opportunities. A bit farther away (but close by Phoenix standards) are the Superstition Mountains, a must for hikers looking for world-class backcountry views. It's on the edge of the Phoenix metropolitan area, so you're not fighting traffic everywhere you go. Several golf courses are nearby for you duffers. A neighborhood pool is close by for those looking for some pool time. The house is well-appointed, clean, with comfortable beds. The grocery store is about a mile away. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place to spend the winter!

We had a great three months in this house. The location is close to restaurants, golf courses, and grocery & retail shopping. The house is roomy with everything you need to move in and feel at home. We appreciated how clean it was, too. The only reason we aren't coming back is because we bought our own house nearby. The property manager is wonderful to work with, and she does everything she can to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks Mozette!
