Step inside to discover an elegant and upscale interior with an open floor plan. Light wood laminate flooring and a contemporary color scheme with vibrant accents adorn the house. The living room showcases a comfy grey sectional sofa with a chaise lounge, an additional blue sitting chair, a coffee table, a console table, and a mounted 65" Smart TV equipped with various apps for streaming your favorite shows, live news, and movies.
The kitchen features white marble countertops, light grey wooden cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a large double-door fridge with an ice maker, built-in wall oven and microwave, dishwasher, and a black glass cooktop. The marble kitchen island provides ample storage and hosts four counter stools for entertaining or casual breakfasts. A dining table seating 8 people comfortably sits nearby. Additionally, a dry bar with stemless wine glasses and a wine fridge is ready for your enjoyment. Across from the dry bar, you'll find a desk and chair, creating a convenient workspace.
The master bedroom offers a grey King-sized platform bed with matching nightstands, lamps, and an ottoman at the foot of the bed. A long dresser with a mounted 65" Smart TV hangs on the wall for your in-bed entertainment. The master bathroom boasts his & her's vanities and sinks, along with a spacious walk-in shower featuring dual shower heads. The master closet offers ample space for clothing and shelves for shoes or folded items.
The second bedroom is furnished with a white queen-sized upholstered bed, two wooden nightstands, a long wooden dresser, and a 40" Smart TV. It shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which includes two white, wooden twin beds, a nightstand with a lamp, a long wooden dresser, and a 40" Smart TV. The guest bathroom features a large dual vanity with two sinks and a tub/shower combo.
Step into the backyard, a fantastic entertainment space complete with an unheated private pool, two sun loungers, a covered outdoor dining area, a propane BBQ grill, and a sprawling grassy yard equipped with a cornhole game.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago. ~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM ~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time ~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." ~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed. ~ No large gatherings ~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. ~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. ~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection ~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. ~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap. ~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance. ~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
